1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our personalized remote tutoring services. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. Learnfluid Ltd. provides personalized tutoring services remotely for subjects including Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
2. Services
- We offer one-on-one personalized tutoring services delivered online.
- Tutoring sessions include exercises, homework, and educational resources tailored to each student’s learning objectives.
- Tutors are assigned based on the student’s needs. You will have access to the teaching materials through a dedicated online platform.
- Additional services such as holiday programs and group work can be booked upon request via email, WhatsApp, or phone. We will confirm such bookings in writing.
3. User Responsibilities
- Students and parents must provide accurate and up-to-date information during onboarding and throughout the contract.
- Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful conduct during sessions. Misconduct, including harassment or inappropriate behaviour, may lead to termination of services without a refund.
- The student’s microphone and video must be on during sessions. Tutors reserve the right to cancel sessions if students are not paying attention.
4. Payment and Fees
- The cost per class will be communicated in our onboarding session. We do offer different discounts when you take classes with us.
- Payment is due monthly via bank transfer, within 21 days of receiving the invoice. Late payments may incur a fee of £5 and interest at 2% per month.
- If payments are not made on time, services may be suspended or terminated.
5. Discounts
- We provide the exact discounts during the onboarding period when we set up a contract with you.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel or reschedule a session for free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% session fee. Cancellations made after the session starts will incur a 100% fee.
- If Learnfluid cancels a session, we will offer either a full refund or a rescheduled session.
- Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
7. Referrals
- If you refer someone who takes a minimum of five paid classes, you are eligible for one free class.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect personal data including names, contact information, grades, and subjects of interest. Your data is stored securely and only shared with third parties like HubSpot, payment processors, and tutors as necessary to provide services.

9. Intellectual Property
- All content and educational materials provided during tutoring are the intellectual property of Learnfluid Ltd. You may not share or reproduce these materials without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Learnfluid strives to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services in question.
11. Termination of Services
- Services can be terminated by giving one month’s notice before the last business day of the month.
- Learnfluid reserves the right to terminate services if users violate these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
